COURSES 

Pricing and Payment Terms:

Deposit:   50% due on booking

Remaining Balance: due two working days before course delivery

Payment Method: Bank Transfer Payment by card incurs 2% surcharge

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel this agreement up to 2 working days before the date of course delivery. Deposits are non-refundable.

Confidentiality Agreement:
All your information will be treated with confidentiality and respect.

Liability and Warranty:
The business is not liable for any indirect damages caused by the delay or failure of services. Any claims against the business shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.

Amendments:
Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
